League 7 Merch & Intellectual Property Disclaimer
All merchandise sold through the League 7 store is created for community and fan use within the League 7 esports league. Each team captain is asked to provide written consent confirming the following:
- They grant League 7 commercial rights to use their team’s name and logo on merchandise sold through the League 7 store.
- They have authority to grant these rights and accept responsibility for ensuring no third party (for example, an outside artist) holds rights that would restrict this use.
- They understand this consent applies to current and future print runs and archival media related to Season 3 and beyond.
Captains give this permission by replying “I agree to all three statements.”
Intellectual Property Acknowledgment
All rights to original characters, names, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
Harry Potter and related elements are the property of Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and J.K. Rowling.
UNO and related marks are the property of Mattel Inc.
League 7 and its teams create fan-made artwork and parody designs that are clearly identified as unofficial and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Warner Bros., J.K. Rowling, Warner Bros. Games, or Mattel Inc.
Purpose and Profit
League 7 merchandise is offered primarily for fans, players, and team members who wish to represent their teams and support the community.
Profits from merchandise sales are minimal and used to cover production costs, community prizes, and event support.
All products are sold in good faith under fair-use and parody principles for transformative, fan-based expression within a nonprofit community setting.
